E-Commerce Coordinator - 10/20/2020

We are searching for a talented E-Commerce Coordinator to process new sales orders and provide enhanced support for pre and post sale customer concerns, while finding opportunities to advance our E-Commerce goals through systemic improvements and collaboration with the Digital Marketing and Transformation team.

What Success Looks Like

A successful E-Commerce Coordinator will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with data entry systems and CRM’s, along with the patience and focus to provide direct and inexpensive resolutions to customer distress inquiries. You will manage a dynamic workflow, balancing the urgent needs of order processing and customer service concerns with important long-and-short-term agenda items, such as procedural audits, customer data analysis and report writing.

What You Will Do

  1. Process incoming E-Commerce orders from various platforms in a timely manner, balancing accuracy and speed.
  2. Ensure the prompt resolution of customer issues/problems/requests through troubleshooting, research and data compilation via telephone, email and internet.
  3. Balance a dynamic workflow during sales promotions including the Christmas/New Year shopping season and any mid-year promotions.
  4. Manage and file damage claims in a timely manner while working with the shipping department to ensure claims are processed and paid.
  5. Periodic audit of fulfillment policies to ensure Keiser customers are at the beneficiaries of current “best practices.”
  6. Review, process, and coordinate customer returns, providing a quick and inexpensive resolution by scheduling pick ups, providing service information, the tracing of shipments, identification of problems and agreeable resolutions.
  7. Take ownership of the customer experience and proactively seek and identify improvements to the order entry, shipment, fulfillment and returns processes while working with different departments to ensure cohesion with Keiser’s broad goals.
  8. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  9. Assist the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing teams with various tasks as required.

What You Need

  1. Fresno-based - this is not a remote position.
  2. 1-3 years CRM or data entry experience.
  3. 1-3 years customer service experience.
  4. Some sales experience preferred.
  5. Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  6. Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner with a dedication to customer satisfaction
  7. Ability to multitask in fast-paced and varied work environment, while keeping focus on the customer
  8. Strong problem-solving, organizations and time management skills.
  9. Strong sense of empathy with a results-oriented approach to conflict resolution, particularly skilled at bringing satisfaction to difficult customer personalities.

Materials Manager - 10/07/2020

We are currently in search of an experienced Materials Manager to oversee the planning, procurement, storage, control, and distribution of materials according to company needs. The Materials Manager is to be responsible for ensuring adequate levels of material and evaluating inventory needs. This position also conducts daily inventory analysis to solve inventory problems, and develop and implement inventory control procedures. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for a team of individuals responsible for the site’s supply chain, material and logistics functions.

The primary objective of the Material Manager is to implement efficient receiving, warehouse, material handling, inventory, and shipping solutions to support the overall manufacturing operation, while optimizing space and improving labor productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages a team of Supervisors and individual contributors with responsibility for performing shipping, receiving, inventory control, and purchasing duties
  • Supervises personnel to insure on-time shipments of products to customers
  • Supervisory responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; scheduling and timekeeping, addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
  • Develops and maintains all policies and procedures that are specific to plant warehousing.
  • Ensures such policies and procedures as designated for warehousing are followed safely, accurately and efficiently
  • Assess and develop suppliers as needed in order to meet business needs and opportunities
  • Plan and oversee cycle counts, investigate variances, adjust inventory records as required
  • Assist in problem solving when inventory discrepancies occur, and document all reconciliation of such discrepancies
  • Follow EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) guidelines to minimize inventory costs
  • Review new product parameters and issue orders for ECOs (Engineering Change Orders); log ECO checklist
  • Oversee organizing of shelving and product, and ensure labels are in place
  • Document and track new product cut-ins to ensure quality and performance
  • Run scheduling spreadsheet and MRP (Material Requirements Plan) to calculate materials and components needed to manufacture equipment.
  • Take inventory of the materials and components on-hand, identify which additional items are needed and schedule their production or purchase
  • Maintain the MPS (Master Production Schedule) to ensure materials required are on-hand
  • Track and report material costs for monthly/quarterly billing
  • Research and determine cost on new products, prototypes, etc.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned. Must have reliable, predictable attendance and punctuality

  • 3+ years previous supervisory experience
  • 2-4 years previous experience in a material coordination, purchasing, or a planning role with direct experience

Quality Control Inspector - 10/07/2020

KEISER CORPORATION, a leading manufacturer of exercise equipment, is looking for an experienced, manufacturing Quality Control Inspector. We are seeking a QC Inspector who can test, document, troubleshoot and prepare our products for shipping/sale. The successful candidate will have a creative, innovative approach to the work and offer frank observations and recommendations.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Create tests for quality control of products
  • Disassemble product parts to inspect them individually
  • Monitor production operations to ensure conformance to company specifications
  • Direct assembly adjustments to ensure operations reflect quality standards
  • Ensure products meet customer expectations based on company objectives
  • Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions
  • Write report to document deficiencies and errors of products

COMPETENCIES

  • Computer literate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic mathematical arithmetic knowledge

We are currently looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to be responsible for running and maintaining daily processes, as well as seeking to continually improve by finding ways to refine quality and efficiency, in order to produce a better product and reduce costs. The Manufacturing Engineer identifies, implements, monitors, and reports on the impact of continuous improvement ideas that utilize LEAN manufacturing principles.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Works with manufacturing supervisors and other engineers in developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods by utilizing knowledge of product design, raw materials, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards
  • Participates in the process of identifying and qualifying new production equipment and systems
  • Investigates production problems and recommends improvements
  • Supervises technical staff, including the maintenance department and tooling shop
  • Works with the safety supervisor to perform hazard analysis on new equipment and systems to insure safe working conditions
  • Evaluates quality control processes and makes recommendations for improvements
  • Analyzes production processes, schedules, methods and other data to understand future production requirements needed for the manufacturing process, in order to assist management in decision making
  • Ensures the company's manufacturing processes are in compliance with all government laws and regulations
  • Analyzes and plans workflow, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency
  • Coordinates equipment maintenance and repair services, and ensures the manufacturer's procedures and instructions are followed in order to keep production equipment operational

  • Experience in various manufacturing processes and techniques (5 years required, 10 years preferred)
  • Experience in executing improvement projects with LEAN Manufacturing concepts
